Must-stop place for ice cream if in the area. They offer several unique flavors, include the Spartan Swirl and Cross Country Cookie Dough, and they are phenomenal.

Took the kiddos for a quick trip to check out MSU's campus and vibe... This is a MUST DO when in East Lansing! I could tell it's a special place, too, because generations of Spartans were getting their ice cream "on"here... Delicious ice cream... will definitely stop when the weather warms up again. Yum!

Omg. My favorite spot for ice cream. They pack the cups full. Great flavors.

The Great: My daughter has a peanut allergy and MSU Dairy Store consistently has the best response to peanut allergies of any ice cream store or restaurant I've been to. They wash their hands, change their gloves, use a new scoop AND a separate carton of ice cream. I'm so appreciative of this. The Good: The ice cream is high quality. The Decent: It's not over-priced. It's not under-priced either, but it's not over-priced.The Bad: Parking. Unfortunate that you have to pay an extra $1-$2 just to get ice cream. The Worse: Cashless? Just....why? Why put up barriers to access your store? It is completely unnecessary. I don't think it should be legal for shops like this to refuse money. I'd avoid going here if it weren't for the aforementioned great and good aspects.

If your on MSU' s campus, you have to stop by and try some ice cream and pickup some fresh cheese.

Ridiculous they don't take cash. So stars knocked off for thar. Expect to wait in long lines during summer. The ice cream taste ok. Need more seating. Parking is trash. Better ice cream places in the area to choose from.

This is a must stop if you are on the MSU Campus. The ice cream is rich and creamy. Prices are reasonable. The only issue seems to be limited parking and no seating. But, if you haven't been here, you should!

Over-hyped ice cream. Over-hyped because it is local, just like brands such as Bell's watered-down ales.Ice cream isn't horrible, but it is really nothing special, and the flavors remind you of Blue Bunny. Things like cheap oreos and blue food coloring. The worst part is that they do not accept cash. They are anti-privacy.
