The wait for a mobile order is ridiculous. I understand that there is usually a LINE of students waiting to get their food using combos. I went up to the counter and asked for my online order that was marked “completed”. I was RUDELY told I could not get it, and instead had to wait in the 30 minute line. The lady at the register laughed at me asking.Honestly, why allow mobile orders for this store (which specifically say in the app you can “skip the line”) just to have people wait 30mins-1hr.By the time i got through the line, the food wasn’t made yet. Which is fine, it would’ve been cold after waiting so long anyway. The staff was extremely rude though, and I always try to be positive and kind. While they were giving me my box, another girl asked if she could have her order and they just pointed to the back of the line (which was longer than when I got in it). When my food was being made, they barely put anything in there (less than a half scoop of food) and just threw it all together.All in all, the staff is so unkind and unpleasant (which I can understand given the amount of people they serve, i’m sure it’s frustrating.) and this store should NOT allow mobile orders. I am a student at MSU and i will not return.I’ve never left a bad review before but this was an insane experience.

My experience at this place 2/20/24 around 12pm was very disappointing, as it was my first time visit. As I was on a time basis delivering food, most places have the meals already prepared, as I step to young lady working the cash register to notify that I’m here for pick up she responded very rudely saying that I would have to get in line. I explained that I am here just to pick up a meal she refuse to hear me as others was confuse in why she could just give me the meal, they even tried to help me but the lady refuse to hear me or serve me. So I went and got in line, as i stood in line while letting the customer whose food i was picking up know the situation at hand a older gentleman came out who maybe in his 50s white hair who works there came stepping to me to my face as I stood in line, he was very rude, angry and began yelling at me about if i had an issue balling up his fist. I ask him what is problem cause I’m in line, and he began to insult me and i told what your doing is not necessary. I then received my pick up after waiting in line 15 to 20min later. My 1st time visit and will be my last time cause refuse to eat at a place or get serve at a place or do any business at a place that is mean towards people who are trying to help them make money and I will definitely not eat here

Avoid this Panda location if you are not a student. During peak times the lines are 15-20 minute waits at best. You would assume that you could order online to expedite the process, but they make online orders wait in line. If you come outside of peak hours then the food will be old and going squishy.

Update: had to contact cooperate to get refund in 3 weeks. Revised my review from 1 star to 3 starsOrdered online, but online time was wrong. So didn't pick up. Didn't get refund after 10 days. Called twice, but never real action.Good side: Price actually is lower than Grand River location and mall location.

they food be SLAPPING i don't know why they have a low rating but their chow mei so good with sooo much flavor their orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, broccoli with beef, and their grilled chicken is SO GOOD 10/10 i stay craving them. they are better then the other panda that's down the street from them wayy better everything has so much flavor !! and i'm a picky eater so yea.

Ordered online and arrived a few minutes later than the time set on the website. Was not busy at the time, but my order was not started--not sure if they wait to make orders until the person is actually there or if mine went unnoticed somehow.Missing part of my order (c'mon, guys, I wanted those rangoons...) and did not care for the quality on this particular day, though I realise that is subject to change. Even for the cheaper price range, I was not satisfied with my experience.***Note: Do not go to this location if you are not familiar with campus. There is no specific area to park and finding the food court may be difficult from the directions that a GPS gives you.

Staff is rude and inattentive. They clearly have contempt for their customers. There's a Woody's Oasis right near here. Eat there instead. Support a local business.

Went in at 830 and made an order. Kid told me the kitchen was closed and I had to pick something else. Nothing but laziness, you have a job work till it's over just like everyone else.
