We had a great meal here. The food was delicious. Some dishes are family-style, so quite large portions. The egg drop soup is enough for 4-6 people. My only complaint was that the entrees arrived too quickly after the soup was served, and our appetizer arrived moments after the entrees. Not a huge problem, but I would have preferred them spread out a bit, and in proper order. They have some unique, traditional dishes on the menu as well.

If you ever want to eat hot pot. Please find all you can eat or else where. We went for dinner on the weekday, 2 of us. Cost us $100 ?. Everything tasted like sand and water. This is not the first time we ate hotpot, and this is beyond disappointed . With the price we spent we should get a lobster or prime rib somewhere else. This place wasn’t worthy even for 1/3 of the price we paid.

A realy nice place to get hot pot around Lansing. They have 4 seater tables with 4 hot pots in each, so each person can get their own broth if they like. There are around 5 broths to choose from, and plenty of meat and vegetable options as hot pot ingredients. There is a seperate sauce bar that we can use to make custom saucesThe server was very helpful and recommended us good combinations of ingredients, since it was our first time. He even stopped us from going overboard when ordering. The restaurant is in the more pricier side, but definitely worth the expereince.

Hotpot was good, so was the food. Service I gave it a two because I assume who is the owner/manager came and greeted us and explain to my boyfriend and friend how the hotpot ordering process work, but our waiters was just busy talking to other customer that speaks their language and didn't care to come checkup on us when we are down on water waiting to get refill. And took them 10 minutes to bring out some togo boxes and our waiter walked back with our check when we paid in cash asking for more tip then what we already given, when we were already planned on leaving more tip on table. Like what the heck, who does that?

After experiencing having to wait for a table (But there is avaliable large table), and switching off the hotpot midway to change tables. The waiters chased us and asked why we only gave a 10% tip for the lunch. She said customers should tip 15%-20%.
I recently went here for lunch and my experience was awful. I only enjoyed one dish (a meat dish) but that’s because I like meat. The cabbage was molding, the enoki was mushy, the crispy chicken was 99% crispy and they thought I was Chinese (I’m Indian). They kept staring at me while I was eating and hovered around me for everything. I understand good customer service is being attentive but it was too much, we never felt at ease or like we had space to enjoy our lunch.?
