Been coming here for years and always loved it, never had a problem before but was (somewhat rudely) turned away at 8:15 when they close at 9. Super disappointed since it’s not posted anywhere, not sure I’ll be back

I always get Sapporo to go and it’s SO AMAZING. & it’s always packaged super well. I get the Orochon Brave everytime and it is so yummy. By far my favorite ramen spot ever.

One of our favorite places to visit in East Lansing! great quality of food and service. Food was hot and had good flavor and they have gluten free ramen options! The pork buns are not gluten free. A place we will visit again!

Went here on a date and we both got ramen. I had the orochon miso, which was the perfect amount of spicy and had super soft pork. My friend got the hakata classic, which was mild but had very good flavours. I couldn't recommend this place enough! the best ramen I've ever had.

Hot tea was served in a plastic juice cup - no tea cups available seems like a wild option. Just don't serve hot tea if that's the case? Shoyu ramen was decent, my friends pork broth ramen was so garlic oil laden it was nearly inedible. Pork bun appetizer was good. Lipstick marks on my friends water cup. All in all the quality of this place has gone downhill since I last visited, disappointing cause the shoyu ramen at least wasn't bad. Server did her best.

Tasty noodle hut to hide out from the cold. But don't expect to grab a beer. Dropped in here with some family for lunch looking for some hot soup and seeing how my mother in-laws chop stick skills were coming along. The good: service was excellent, friendly fast and happy to explain the menu items. The menu was solid a few ramen options, with plenty of optional add-ons, good selection of apps including Takoyaki (personal fav) and a chicken and rice meal option for the group member who is maybe unconvinced by the idea of ramen. The bad: look I know Sapporo is a town but it is also the namesake of one of the top two Japanese beers so when I asked for a Sapporo to drink and they let me know they didn't have it I was more than slightly confused. (They do not serve alcohol). The mediocre: the space, this is in a college town and is very college kid friendly with countertops stools and bench seating but it's a pretty plain space and not very comfortable focused. Great spot for lunch but I might hesitate to take a date here for dinner. If I'm picking a place in this neighbourhood to fly solo to lunch, this is the spot.

The food here is fabulous! I've tried many different dishes and each one is fresh, quality ingredients and leaves you feeling nourished and healthy. Wonderful service and ambiance! A favorite sport for our family!

When I walked in it wasn't what I expected...From the time we sat down the service was very good even though the young lady that waited on us was extremely busy with all of her tables. I had the Modern Ramen with Pork and a hint of garlic oil. Absolutely Delicious! The broth was silky...couldn't eat it fast enough! Very impressed! I'll be back...

The food was great. My wife is very particular with her ramen, and this met all of her requirements for a great ramen. I'd never had dumplings before. I'm now obsessed with fried dumplings because of Sapporo. Everything tasted great.

If you like Ramen and don't mind paying 10,000x for a bowl of Ramen than you'll love this place. It's not bad, just way more pricey than needed.

Awesome ramen, the owner is super nice and welcoming as well! Highly recommend Orochon Brave Ramen if you can handle the heat.
