This place is Amazing, they have soooo many goodies on display, an the smell when you walk in mmmmmmm.I just wanna get one of everything ??I found it the week before Fat Tuesday, so happy I did. Their Paczki's are incredibly delicious, I will be getting them here from now on. They didn't have chocolate buttercream, so I got those from Tringali's.

Been patronizing this bakery for many years. Just tried the cake and yuk. $25 for a cake that was no better than a Kroger special. We specifically asked if the frosting was butter cream and were told “why, of course it is! Not it wasn’t. Sugar and palm oil frosting if I’ve ever tasted any. A big bummer for my daughter’s birthday. Gave half the cake away and went to Costco for real butter cream frosting for $10 less and it was delicious.

I come here every single year for fat Tuesday to get Paczski and every single year since, y’all have kept going up come on 35.00$ dozen and on top that I noticed this year is the paczski were smaller and less filling, and you raised your prices and made smaller quantities? They were not to my expectation whatsoever, and I’ve been here for the past 10 years! Quit going up on your prices, or you're going to lose a lot of customers, especially me. I'm literally not going there anymore if you’re going to reduce the quantity in the size of your paczski and the filling shame on you and go up in prices! SMH!

I went to the East Detroit Bakery as I always do to buy my Paczki. I bought six of them. My cost was $21.00. This is GREED not INFLATION. No taxes were taken so I can only assume that they are going to stiff the state as well.

I used to really love going here for the apple fritters. I just went last week to get 2 apple fritters n I was really disappointed. The apple fritters had no apples in them whatsoever. I called up there to complain n I spoke with Steve. Steve told me to come back and he wud replace them. I went back, only for him to give me 4 more that were just like the 2 I purchased earlier with no apples. No I didn't eat them! I tore them open to witness there were no apples in them either. So I will be finding me another bakery to go to where I can get what I ask for....

The bakery is beautiful & the people working there are amazing. My problem is the cake. $ 25.00 dollars & the cake was very dry and the butter cream frosting was not up to par. I had a sheet cake from a wedding and it was perfect.
Can't even count all of the dessert options they offer. Never disappointed and they have been my go to place for specialty cakes for years. Great staff and you feel like you're walking into dessert heaven.
