Only giving a 4 because i haven’t gotten to eat from here in a while. Everyone is confused about the reasoning for them being closed all the time during normal hours and as someone who lives right down the street, so was i. but i asked a taco bell employee at the taco bell on gratiot and they said because of the construction on 9 mile that the manager hasn’t been serving due to dirty water. which made a lot of sense and i appreciate that. hopefully i can get some food here soon bc it’s so close i could walk in less than 5 min.

Food sometimes hot sometimes cold and burritos keep getting smaller but the price keep going up. Tacos are always soggy. But there customer service is half and half.
The slowest Taco Bell ever and there was no line! Only 3 people in the store. I waited 30 mins for 3 hard shell tacos

I went here 11-28-23 ordered my food keep in mind .. I started not to go to this location due to reviews.. I have to admit the reviews are accurate!!! I ordered 3 Tacos- nacho fries- burrito… Got home all my Taco Shells are stuck to the wrapper- like they’ve been sitting.. (pre-made or something) so I called the restaurant- the young lady tells me everything is made fresh. I found that hard to believe my food was not even hot, nor warm also if it was made Fresh then there is no way ALL OF my taco shell would be stuck to the wrapper.. not to mention all the shell broken .. they don’t have to worry about me visiting this location AGAIN! Also, not one single MENTION OF REMAKING MY ORDER!! Pooor Customer SERVICE!!!

Just tried to go there with my wife to get some food at 8:20 p.m. and the girl at the drive-thru window told me that they are not currently taking drive through orders
Takes 25+mins to get my order when I go there after 8pm. For anyone reading this it'll be faster to go to the next closest one, you'll get your food and get back home faster then waiting
