The smoothies are delicious, but it seem not very organized. My kale smoothie was not marked because I have allergies that can become dangerous. I did ask, because my hubby had strawberries in his. So be aware that customers have allergies, please have a system in place, and mark that smoothie. Thank you.

This is the only tropical smoothie Cafe that doesn't have chairs or bar stools. At the same time, the longest line I've experienced. Every other store has chairs, why cant we have them?

Really disappointed with the food. Everytime I order a flatbread I'm lucky if there is more the 3 or 4 pieces of chicken. Ordered one today and paid EXTRA for more chicken and I actually had less chicken than before. GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY PAID FOR!

My first time and last time there ever I’d rather go to Tim Hortons I ordered smoothies worth of $25 I’m trying to pay them with a $50 Bill they said we do not accept 50s I said what about a $100 they said we don’t except them as well all I had was $50s and $100s nothing less to pay with they refused to serve me for not having $20 or less what kind of stupid business is this? You don’t like my 50s or hundreds there is always other stores that will accept them your loss not mine Tim Horton took my $50 bill with no problem. Forget this place.
