This place was my all time favorite place to eat even in Traverse, due to their amazing subs!!! But went in today and was given a soggy but crispy chix sandwich on a brioche soggy burnt bun with grisly too crispy/burnt chicken. The pieces of chicken were dried out and stringy. Couldn't eat and spent 20$ for nothing. Very very disappointed, you DON'T change a good thing!!!! Bring back your chicken bacon ranch subs!!! You can't save on ingredients or your food will suffer and so will customer loyalty. I'd pay more for a good sandwich. I will not come back until the quality comes back. Too sad....

The price is too good to pass up. The absolute best smash burger you can get in Elk Rapids. Much better than the simple hidden valley ranch seasoned smash burgers served elsewhere. The owner is actually very friendly, shows no signs of bipolar disorder and is not entitled like another restraunt owner nearby. The food here is ALWAYS consistent.

Great pizza and salads - our weeknight go to with them being open later than other places in ER. And they just started serving breakfast sandwiches which are delicious and very affordable (similar price to the gas station's sad sandwiches). And for the midwesterners that need to know, they have good ranch :) lol
