First time to Riverwalk and it was a great first experience. Sarah was bartending and was just amazing. Drinks were on point. She was incredibly friendly, efficient and great energy.

This place is right off of 131, we visited in the off reason and mostly had the place to ourselves. The restaurant could use a deep cleaning (food splashes on the wall of the booth and artwork), the menu is a bit expensive ($20 for a burger) but overall our food was good. The salmon was slightly overcooked and the presentation could have been better, but it’s a great location with a nice ambiance.

Manhattan prices in Elk Rapids. I’m talking not just over-priced, but absurdly so. I realize inflation is a problem, but why can a place in a close by town sell essentially the same burger for $12.00 rather than $20.00 here? And $17.00 for a white fish dip? Please. $4.00 for four small slices of a store-bought mini baguette? For not much more, you can go to a fine restaurant. That said, the service was fine and the atmosphere was nice.I won’t be back.

Dietary restrictions: Ordered the pulled pork without the bun and had awesome corn chips instead making it GF. Lots of fries. Sidney our server was attentive and quick. Nice experience on a Saturday night in February.

Beautiful, large, clean place right off off 31 and surrounded by water. Bar tender was very friendly. A little bit pricey, smaller menu but the food was fantastic. Server recommend the Walleye and it did not disappoint, the steak burger was also very good.

We stopped on a quiet Friday in January on our way from Petoskey to Traverse City. The brussel sprout salad was delicious and my husband and I loved our walleye and salmon. The kids were happy with their meals too, so it was a win for all! The prices were as expected for the food quality and quantity even though many reviews say it's high. All food prices are high now...we all should know that at this point. I did not expect food this great when we picked the spot randomly :)

The food we was average at best. The prices seemed high considering the quality of the food and for the interior environment. The key value, to any visitors, is the view and outdoor seating they provide. Dockside The service was good at the table which was a plus. We appreciated good service. This was not our first experience here, but based on the food/ price of the food from this experience, it is doubtful we will be back. I would guess that any success they enjoy is from visitors to the area.

Have tried Riverwalk a few times this year. Keep hoping for it to improve. Have watched golfers at the bar fall asleep waiting for their food, which by the way came out at completely different times. Fun to watch someone else eat while you wait and wait. Watched families wait over an hour. Unacceptable. Asked for house Chardonnay. $16.00. This isn’t an upscale restaurant that warrants that price. What restaurant gives the more expensive wine as house. Emailed owners once. No response. Went by the other night and it was dead. Pearls on the other hand, crowded. Sorry to say, it will have to change hands again. Really hoped owners were in earnest.

It was brought to my attention that my previous review was deleted, so I'm reposting here. Everyone deserves to know the quality of food here.Limited menu. Ordered the sirloin, it smelled like p*** (no joke), and came with fishy tasting mashed potatoes. Service sucked (one waitress for the whole restaurant - she never noticed I didn't touch my plate, let alone ask how I liked the food) and the bathroom had no hand towels or toilet paper. Do not recommend.

Had a great lunch today with family. Whitefish was awesome, beer was good (I had Big Wave). Staff was very attentive and nice, keep in mind they are all having to work a holiday weekend. We were seated on the deck and it was a beautiful view.

Chowder, Walleye and Scallops were delicious and presented well. Wish it was slightly warmer. Server was friendly.Menus were dirty, wine was served in a plastic cup instead of a glass? Very odd.I would eat here again, but it’s a newer restaurant and needs time to work out some kinks.
