Curbside is supposed to be faster than the drive thru every time I've gotten curbside I've sat a half an hour and watched everyone pass through the drive thru that was at the end of the line. In my opinion that's not good service.
Dallas is one of the most amazing workers here! I was waiting on our order and well my coffee was unable to be made due to the machine being cleaned which is absolutely understandable! While waiting I had been given some absolutely horrible news about a relative of mine passing and when Dallas brought our food to us I was HYSTERICAL! instead of just handing us our order and going back to work HE made SURE I was okay! Most of the staff is amazing and wonderful! Some could be trained on how to speak to customers in a more friendly tone instead of rushing through! I understand it’s fast food but instead of asking is that it ask is there anything else I can get you today or something. Amazing staff super friendly good food. Always fast.
