Just wanted to say something positive about the guy who was working on Easter. He was cleaning the floors and wiping down tables as soon as people left, making sure everything stayed clean. The place was well stocked also. Froyo was great too.

The quality of the ice cream was poor. They have some sorbet flavors and some frozen yogurt flavors. One sorbet flavor was out completely without indication. Others dispensed in a watery-like manner. The frozen yogurt was not smooth and creamy as expected to be. It instead had the consistency and gritty texture of sorbet. Not sure if they purchase low quality ice cream or do something to "water it down" in a kind of sense. There were also too many vegan, sugar free and sorbet options so it leaves you with not many froyo choices. And the woman that worked there didn't feel friendly. She seemed hesitant to offer us the little cups for tasting. Our table also had a previous customers ice cream drippings dried on it. I'll probably never come back again. Too many other good ice cream places to waste money and room in my stomach for this.

I wouldn't recommend !! The shop is dirty and unappealing with half of the frozen yohurt flavors constantly out of stock. My most recent experience solidified my thoughts on never going back.I was charged almost 11 dollars for a modest portion of yoghurt with sprinkles. Needless to say I felt ripped off at the end of the transaction. Run away at all costs !

This store is rundown. They only have 4 flavors To choose from they have small selection of toppings and don’t have half the toppings that the other Menchies have. The door and windows are disgusting dirty. This is the worst Menchie’s I’ve ever been to one I chose ran out as I was pouring it. this place is horrible. If you don’t believe me, look up the most recent reviews.

This Menchies has really gone down hill. Two machines were down. The new special flavor wasn't working. They basically had vanilla, chocolate and apple pie. The worker oy came out to ring us up. They never spoke or anything. We will not be going back anytime
While things are clean turned off by the standoffish staff and out of the 12 frozen yogurt options four were not in use, very limited options. Not a typical experience at a Menchie’s. Won’t visit this location again.

Stopped in on a rainy night. Very slow in shop and the person working never said hello/goodbye anything, very rude. Some machines down with no flavors there. Flavors they had were just okay. For the price they need to step it up with customer service and more.
