The location is nice which is why I give 2 stars but the staff in here are often awful in my experiences. Jody was working the counter and she was nice but whoever the barista was, was terrible and so rude. This has happened multiple times at this location now. Eye rolling, huffing, complaining to other staff loud enough for customers to here, etc. I could go on but seriously, maybe find a new job if you don't enjoy working here or don't enjoy the customers. I don't know that I will be back to this location, as this seems to be a pattern I notice.

Line was long however it moved fast. The guy at the window was super nice and got my confusing order right. Of course the Frappuccino was delicious. I might treat myself once a week.

So this is perhaps the poorest run store I have ever been to. After standing in line for 5 mins I arrive at the counter to order my food and am told that they are closing in an hour and don not serve food after 1p. I look at my phone and it is 101. So I ask if that's means standing in line and the person states like I said I don't serve food after 1p. They would not even give me food that doesn't need prepped. I was mad enough I would even order a coffee here.

Nice delicious iced coffee, good service. The staff was super hardworking and busting their busy feet to serve everyone quickly even tho it seemed they might have been a little short staffed.
