From my daughter: Went into with my toddler and ordered cookies. I paid for them, but they said my card was declined, and I needed to repay with a different card, even though I showed them that the charges went through on my end. The manager refused to come up and assist and just kept telling me to repay and dispute it. I ended up leaving without my cookies because I didn't want to argue in front of my son. My husband went back to talk to the owner later, and they still refused to honor the order, even though he again showed them we were charged. They said it was a problem with their third-party vendor, Go Daddy. How is this my fault. There are no cookies for us and a lost customer for them. They were right by my work, and I went there regularly. I will not go back.

Really good bread. My wife is from Germany and they have a rye bread that meets her standard!... Not easy.Their old world white bread is also delicious, hearty, yeasty.. like homemade but better!Best bread in town.

While this bakery might not offer as large of a selection on a day-to-day basis as other bakeries, their products are top notch. Checkout their website and social media to see their baking schedule as they offer different products on different days. Some of the staples are available every day. Everything I've tried has been great, from their sweets to their different breads.

My cousin runs the establishment at the time of this review, so I will be making these ratings based on my experiences with non-family employees.Every time I come in for a treat the staff treat me like family (pun intended). They are patient with me as I browse their variety of options and everything I have tried thus far has not disappointed me.Their old world bread and pretzel loaves are delicious. Further they experiment every so often with recipe variations. My favorite so far being the sourdough chocolate chip cookies.I usually get at least one scone every visit, and they are (for me) the right balance of light sweetness with savory goodness.

Bought a variety of their large cookies to surprise my family: chocolate chip, molasses, peanut butter, and oatmeal. They sell a smaller size as well. Delicious. Super nice people. Very helpful!

Tried Never Forgotten Bakery bakery for the first time today. I didn't know what to order so another first timer came in and recommended the St Louis butter cake. It was rich decadent delicious a couple of bites in here just satisfied with delicious goodness. But what really, impress me was the owner's heart. I would highly recommend it.

The warm pretzel was super delicious! The staff sweet. The muffins were so good I bought them for house guests and they loved them.
The garlic everything bread is so good. I'm a fan of the molasses cookies & the bumpy cupcakes/cakes as well. Everything I've had has been really good.

Their homemade baked bread is the best ever. Their cookies and cupcakes are wonderful too. We still want to try everything there! The owner and crew are the nicest people ever!

The up side is that they were able to do my order on four days notice BUT the cake itself left a lot to be desired. The cake was dry and the icing had. . . I don't know how to describe it. A grainy texture. It wasn't really smooth. Also, the side of the cake wasn't completely covered in icing. You could see the cake, like it had been raked too close. Definitely too much money for what I got. Half a sheet cake for $60. I'll stick with Costco in the future.
