Service was ok but nothingto writehome about. They get mad if you don't tip them. Why are you asking for a tip when you're doing a job that you're getting paid for. I'm sorry but you hired in to do this kind of work and the pay is based on this kind of work. Take the tip off the credit card machine. If you the owner thinks they should make more, then pay them more.

The last time I went to get a sub for me and my son I was kinda of greeted by 1 of the 2 workers she said there are like 6 or 7 online orders ahead of you, so her and the other worker proceeded to work on them as Myself and 2 others customers stood there for roughly 20mins waiting just to get get my order taken I was not happy that I was basically ignored while 2 workers worked on online orders that came in to them who knows how long before I walked in. Subway needs to come up with a better model then this because it makes a walk in customer feel disrespected and tells me I need to order online if I want my order I a timely mannerAnd I'm considering not buying from this location again

Ordered subs online & when we got home after picking them up, they had made them on the wrong bread. Also, sandwichs each were soaked with Mayo & Garlic Anoli sauces. What a freakin mess as it was dripping & sandwiches were falling apart. What a difference it makes on who's making sandwiches at Subway.

Unbelievable treatment! Ordered 3 -12" subs and they were totally not correct. Paid $38.76 and when I went back to the store, the manager said she made them exactly as she was told! She DID NOT! No flat bread, no lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, wrong dressing. I guess it is not the end of the world, but the way I was treated was unexcepted. I called when I got home and asked to speak to the manager - I wanted to tell her that another Subway told me they get complaints all the time about Farwell Subway. I was told she was with a customer and they hung up on me. I will NEVER go to this Subway again and I will dispute the credit card charge.

They don’t ever double toast the subs we get. They literally are just going downhill and getting lazy at making the subs anymore. Every time I get a sub from here it just looks rushed.

I was third in line while the only associate worked on (presumably) call in orders. The line never moved as long as I stood there. Not even a hello or acknowledgement. I walked out and ate elsewhere. Don't go here if you want to eat.
