Pious Palate was an excellent experience in every way. I worked with Chef Mike for close to two months ahead of our actual event to completely customize a vegan and a non-vegan menu with a wine pairings for both. Despite the fact we were only five people, he delivered completely and both menus felt thoughtful and well designed. He also made us feel completely at ease during this process and comfortable making changes and requests to his suggested menus. The entire team was laid back but professional and it was clear they take a lot of pride in what they do. I would absolutely work with Pious Palate again, they gave us a unique and special experience with incredible food and wine. Bonus, the kitchen was sparkling and the fridge was full of leftovers when they left!
