I used to love saganos. I don't know what happened. Do not eat here. Had a friend who worked here and cleanliness is lacking. Best sushi around is in Brighton. Drive. Don't waste your money here

Saigano is a great hibachi grill. Good food, decent prices (for hibachi). This location doesn't take reservations and it can be thought I get in on Friday or Saturday. Overall above avg hibachi.

Fenton location doesn’t sell alcohol just beer and wine. Our waitress was OK, but very slow. my scallops were good, but my rare steak was overcooked. I may not have the knife skills as our chef and he was fun.But I would never serve anybody a fatty fillet.

First time at a hibachi grill restaurant. Absolutely wonderful experience and the food was delicious and
Food didn't have much flavor to it, portions were small. Service was the best thing at the restaurant.

Had to wait over 3 hours for our food. When they said the wait was only an hour. Also they put you on hold for at least 10-15 mins. Pretty bad service

Arrived with my family of 5 a few minutes after they opened on a Saturday evening, we put our name in with the hostess and was told about an hour and a half wait, which we anticipated. We decided to wait there and have a few drinks at the bar. We sat right next to the hostess stand and were able to see/hear every single party that came in and put their in name and heard the hostess tell everyone between an hour and a half and 2 hours. An hour and a half after we sat down the hostess sat another table with a party of 6 and a party of 4 that came in after. When we asked she said they had come in earlier and put their name down but left while they were waiting. We didn't believe them since wr got there about 4 minutes after they opened, but went with it and said okay. She told us that we were the best table and that the people that were already there were getting boxes and should be leaving soon.About 15 minutes goes by and she then seats another table with a party of 4, a party of 2 and a party of 3. All of which arrived at least 30 minutes after we did. We watched and heard these people come in, we know they did not have their name in before us.Yet when my wife asked what our wait was, she said that we still had THREE tables ahead of us (even though when I asked we were next), then tried telling em all those people were there first again. We used to come here monthly, but after the hostess lied to our faces multiple times then acted like we were the issue, we will never go there again. She was completely rude and didn't even want to listen to our questions.

The table at opening was filthy. I ended up getting food poisoning about 2 hours after we ate. We normally love this place but the table had left over food on it at the point of opening!
It’s really sad how much I love this place and how just terrible they are with service and expectations. 30min wait is 1hr every time. Nasty bathrooms and bar area.
