This store is definitely closed, not sure if it's seasonal but the parkinglot is not even plowed. Ended up going to another spot called, dream treat and all I can say is the "concept" stores are ruining good ice cream I just wanted a good ol blizzard or mixer..
My door Dasher has informed this customer your customer services is horrible towards the Dasher. The Dasher waiting in line when it is not necessary.The Dasher are not aware at this location the pick-up window for them because,there is no sign or they are not recognized and because of this my ice cream was melted and I had to put it in my freezer.

This place was nice I have to go to a dairy queen when I want a Carmel Sunday with Extra Extra Extra Carmel and they always get it perfect I pay for extra Carmel but it's not that expensive

First time having a issue and the phone lines don’t work if your order is messed up they won’t fix it I paid 40$ for blizzards and none was made right 4 strawberry cheesecake blizzards add whip cream peanuts extra cheesecake I received no whip cream no cheesecake and it mostly melted I just wanted my order fixed didn’t care about refund it was hot and I live to far away to keep going back in forth I understand it gets crowded and busy but you can’t forget the main ingredient of a blizzard know I’m out of a extra 20$ staff was nice but just double check your order before you leave and be prepared to wait
