I love dunkin my coffee always fresh hot and made to perfection at almost any dunkin location you pretty much get the same treatment coffee, food, and great customer service????Vegetarian options: Whatever you order just order without meat.
Did not even acknowledge me when I came in, I said hello and stood by the counter, still nothing.Even thought I was the only customer there.After a min or so they said they’d be right with me.I ordered 1 donut and cinnamon vanilla iced coffee.While they were getting my order, since it was taking a while, I was looking at the ice cream cakes. They handed me my coffee quickly and ran away to the back. No donut in sight. I called after them, no answer. Then I saw a bag on another counter, so I looked in it, my donut was there.I take a sip of coffee and get nothing but vanilla syrup taste. They didn’t mix my coffee at all.And my donut was dry, stale, and hard as a rock, seemed like it had been made days ago. Couldn’t even eat it.Will never return here.

This location has poor staff with lack of knowledge how to make drinks as simple as hot chocolate. Had to make it twice and still messed it up. Unacceptable at all. Selections of food not kept stocked at busy times which is sign of poor management. Donuts taste was same as other locations when you can get what you want. Thank you for your time.

Food was great. But the coffee was contaminated with cinnamon and caused a severe allergic reaction. Called just to let them know and they denied even having cinnamon in anything they make. (Clearly not true as the allergic reaction and after looking it up, cinnamon is in several of their items.) Corporate was great at listening and working on resolving this issue. Again, next time just listen. We just didn’t want this to happen to someone else as an allergy contamination CAN be prevented. Again though, food was great.
