I ordered two noodle entrees from here: Pad See Ew and Curry Noodle, both with chicken. The chicken in BOTH dishes tasted old and not fresh, a "gamey" taste that you get from low quality/old raw chicken. I ordered the curry dish "Hot" and it was, but it didn't have any flavor. All I tasted was the nasty, hard chicken, coconut milk, and heat from whatever peppers they used. There was no salt or other flavor. I added chili oil, that did not help. It was not edible.The Pad See Ew had the same nasty chicken, but the sauce was okay and I liked the texture of the noodles. I just picked the chicken out of it and ate the rest of the dish because I was hungry.I'm not a person who enjoys complaining at restaurants, but it's not fair for people to spend their hard earned money on food that's not good, and the restaurant needed to know. So we called and spoke to the owner. She argued with us and said they cook their chicken fresh and it was all a matter of taste preference. She eventually offered to replace the dish, but honestly, this is my third or fourth time trying Got Pho and I have not been impressed, so I was done and just wanted a refund for the one dish I wasn't able to eat (offered to bring it back to show them). The owner refused and said if it was a mistake on her restaurant's part, she would have refunded us, but this was a taste preference. I'm sorry, but nasty hard chicken isn't a "taste preference." I've eaten chicken curry dishes like this all over the U.S. and usually enjoy them, but this one was not good at all, and the owner's attitude and unwillingness to refund ONE dish was all the confirmation I needed to finally give up on trying to give this place a chance. I will NOT be back. Stop arguing with customers in reviews and making excuses. Take accountability and do better.

I love this place so much. Everything on their menu rocks. Service is excellent, even with them being constantly busy. Can’t beat this spot for amazing pho. My photos are from a day we specifically set out to try non pho items, which also slapped. Highlyyyyyy recommend. Highly. (Enthusiastic Emphasis added!)

As a Vietnamese adult who has grown up eating the best Pho on earth I must say, this place is spectacular! I've been a vegetarian the last 6 years and their vegan Pho is exceptional. The broth has love, not generic stock. Only place in the area that has shitaki mushrooms and bok choy included which is a wise and thoughtful consideration for those of us meat free. Also many places over the years get skimpy w the amount of noodles.....NOT HERE! My family still eats meat and they also really enjoyed themselves (I just can't testify to the details of their meals). I would recommend it to anybody. A gem on the Ferndale strip that we will definitely be frequenting often!!

I ordered a salad that is evidently made with a sauce that uses seafood as part of the ingredient base. While the menu notes it is not vegan, the ordering platform the restaurant uses was not clear on that. However, when I arrived they asked if I was vegan (I order the vegan pho as well) and then told me about the sauce. Then, they offered to replace that salad with a different salad they could make vegan. Because I appreciated that effort, I felt motivated to write this review.

The family is great, they just about know me now, I'm a regular and I have never been disappointed. I only order the vegan pho minus tofu and it's a winner everytime. I've been other places but this place pho win everytime.Vegetarian options: Vegan Pho is the best in Michigan

One of the best quick-bite restaurants in Ferndale. Their vegetable curry is killer, though really every entree I've had from them has been awesome. Never sat down for dinner, but the interior is nice and cozy with a pleasant view of foot traffic and cars on 9 Mile. Highly recommend!

Got a carry-out today sesame chicken didn't look anything the picture online chicken was rubbery and didn't have enough sauce. I also ordered a shrimp pho large the broth was good but all the noodles was stuck and clunked together. I was upset cause I wasted 40 plus bucks I could've just went to Wendy's!!!

Got the pad see ew it was probably the worst I've ever had hands down super dry and flavorlessGot the pineapple fried rice and it was more like curry fried rice it was fair .Crab Rangoon's were not great .I'll give them another try maybe the pho is good but stay away from the Thai dishes
