This was my first encounter with jersey mikes. I came in to get a sub for my boyfriend. DJ was very helpful. Since it was my first time, She suggested I try the vinaigrette on the side. I will definitely be back again !

I been here as a customer and I won’t go back…The staff can’t get the order correct unless it’s the main manager making your order the other staff doesn’t do good. Unless the manager is in and I understand the staff is young but that’s no excuse because other restaurants near by have young works and nothing like

Update: I have since tried this location again and have to say it does provide delicious food and the wait time was not long at all.You can't even answer the phone at 7 pm on a Wednesday?! I'm sure everyone is busy, but at least answer and ask if they can hold.

Mad at myself for sleeping on this place for so long. Was gifted a coupon from a coworker at Liv, took my dad and I here for our first time last week and the young group of men that took care of us really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. We will be coming back this week , don’t sleep on this place like me! Check them out , I recommend the Turkey , bacon and cheese sandwich but whatever sandwich you get, GET IT MIKE’S WAY !!!

Fantastic service. I wasn't able to come pick up my order until 2.5 hours after I had initially told them I would pick it up. They threw out my initial order & re-made it for me because they were concerned it had sat out too long. Definitely will be returning to this location specifically to reinforce & reward their great service!

?? WORST SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FROM DEANNA. Ordered delivery and when it arrived the wrong drink was delivered. Called the store and spoke to Deanna who said that they couldn’t deliver the correct drink to us but we could drive up there ourselves to exchange the drink and get the correct one. No apology for their mistake or any compensation at all. Nothing. Drove up there to exchange the drink and Deanna kept giving us a disgusting look and kept a watchful eye to make sure that we exchanged the drinks and didn’t take the incorrect drink. Told Deanna “don’t worry, we put the other drink back, it’s there. It was your mistake anyways.” To which she made a remark under her breath and abruptly walked away, again no apology or really any decent human behavior what’s so ever. Worst employee and customer service ever. Deanna and those who hired her should be ashamed.
