I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from this place i called and ordered a large supreme pizza it was on special for $12 the black girl that answered the phone told me it was $21 for the pizza I then said is thepizza not on special. in that moment she became very agitated and rudely replied you have to ask for the special in order to get it for $12. That struck me as strange. Either there selling 2 of the same pizzas or she is taking the extra $9 from the special and putting it in her pocket. How ever when I arrived to pick up the pizza i was greeted by the same woman on the phone with an cantankerous attitude.i took my pizza home and needless to say it was the worst pizza I ever had it was actually worst than a cheap frozen pizza ithrew it in the trash the dog wouldn't eat it was by far the worst $12.70 i ever spent

I am very pleased with my experience with Pizza Hut. Once I found out they deliver I was ecstatic! The food is great, and the dinner boxes are PERFECT for variety at a reasonable price. They made my food exactly as requested, even up to and including my strange additional requests.

I ordered through the pizza hut app and my pizza was delivered by doordash. The door dash driver dropped both of my pizzas and completely ruined both of them I'm not sure the name of the woman I spoke to at the ferndale location but she was sweet, attentive and extremely helpful. They made us new pizzas and they were both amazing! Thank you for your guys service

My entire order taste as if it had extra salt on it. Both pizzas were gross to the point we couldn’t eat them. The Alfredo pizza was even more salty.

Ordered a pizza online for delivery, and the store called saying that they use Doordash.Which I have never had a good experience with so I told her in that case I'll just puck it up. She had an attitude saying well fine then I'm just going to cancel your order and hungup the phone. Will not be ordering from here again and neither will my work she was rude as hell and should not have a job that involves other human beings. I would give a 0 star if I could.

I ordered three large pizza's from the Ferndale location and usually they are great however today they were awful just awful they looked old and dry they didn't have enough sauce or cheese and my family was disappointed and especially I am extremely disappointed with the product for $60 for three large pizza's I should have received great pizzas I will not order pizza from this location anymore. I use to live in Ferndale for most of my life and would come to this location because I would receive good service but today it wasn't good not even ok it was the worst pizza that my family ever had ????. It was down right ? GROSS ?.
I was so disappointed to discover that the Supreme Pizza’s recipe had been changed! It was awful to me, had no idea…just wanted to order the one with the great sauce and Italian sausage, green peppers, …I wasted my money it has no taste at all!!!

Small space floors always clean very nice cheerful employees food always hot and on time for pickup. Personal Pan Pizza pepperoni only thing big bro eat excellent every time & we get LG pepperoni & sausage real good this location has him Hooked and he is very hard to please. A#1
