“Absolutely the best coffee in Flat Rock, MI - if not the best coffee in all of South East Michigan. Diane runs this store with love into every single drop that you could possibly order, and her baristas prove that she is an awesome person to work for as even when is not there, the service stays as 11/10 top notch. I cannot thank her enough for all she does for the community of my hometown, and how much light she shines for this area. If you are going to get a cup of coffee, you know you are, we all do every single day, you need to get over to this Biggby Location on Telegraph in Flat Rock. I absolutely love the Black Bear, and if I'm looking for something less "fruity" I will do the Snickerdoodle. Typically I get hot coffee but the cold coffees on a hot day hit the spot too. As a web designer I could not operate without my coffee. Stop thinking about it and go order some coffeeeeeeeeeee - make sure to tell them Brad sent you!“

“Was so blown away with my experience. The place is cute and well decorated and organized! The staff was amazing! I had anxiety when ordering but the woman taking my order was so patient and made it so smoothe! The food and drinks were phenomenal ? I'm already planning my next visit!“

“I love this place! Best breakfast sandwich in town! Get a lemon bar if you can grab one before they sell out! I have had some minor customer service issues like needing to ask to have tables cleaned and forks not being stocked (you have to grab your own and when they are out you’re stuck with food getting cold) but they have always been resolved with a smile.“

“I found this coffee shop on my last trip out to MI. I have been craving it since. It was my first stop when we landed. The baristas were super nice and helpful. We got our coffee quickly and accurately. My Mocha was so good! (You'd be surprised how many coffee shops mess up such a simple drink) I dont know what it is about Biggby coffee, but it is so good! I wish Biggby was as big as starbucks is everywhere. It isn't fair that only MI has them. Keep making amazing coffee! Thank you all for the happiness in my cup in the mornings! “The only thing I would change about this business is that they're not open year round, because when they're closed, I really miss them!Great coffee and a huge variety of drinks and ice cream. “Cute location area you can come into while.watching the traffic if you wish to.The staff here was very accommodating when I wished to have my ice coffee medium cream and sugar. At first I got the creams and sugar in the raw in a container. I never had them handed to me as usually Dunkin or Tim Hortons just makes it and I usually tell them I want medium of each or else it might be too sweet. I guess I assumed Biggby would be like them in that regard but they're a bit better I found. In order I rate,.Biggby #1, Tim's #2, DD dead last.“

The staff is always so kind and happy to help explain different options and combinations. Our kids love going here because they look forward to their kid sized shakes.
