Taco Bell is usually just Taco Bell. But Flatrock Taco Bell? It is no mere TB. No my friend, it is a culinary experience. Your food will always be fresh, fully loaded, and warm from this lovely establishment. Never will you have a stale crunchless shell, long wait, or incorrect order. The staff will greet you with kindness, patience, and a genuine sort of attitude that screams “hey! I don’t hate my job” that you just can’t find at other taco bells. Just go to the FlatRock Taco Bell, experience the brightest fast food star in all of Downriver. And try the black beans if you haven’t, because they are pretty darn good.

This place is a joke. Ordered through the mobile app thinking it would save time, placed order at 7:15 wasn't ready for pickup till after 8, lobby closed due to short staff, drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Staff was rude and unaccommodating. I was told that all mobile and pick-up orders would have to wait like everyone else. I made it clear that kind of service was unacceptable, the little punk on the phone laughed and hung up. I will never order from this location again.My big question is, why close the lobby due to short staff, when they don't even take orders at the counter anymore?? You have to place your order at the kisok inside the lobby anyway!!

Late Saturday night, I picked up 4 tacos to go. No line at the drive thru. Food order came out quickly. I received the correct change. Once home I was surprised how the tacos appeared so thin. Not what you get during the day. Must have been diet tacos? I mean they tasted good. They must have ran out of tomatoes as they did not put any in.I can't complain, They were okay to eat, hit the spot.....as I wasn't cooking up tacos that late at home. It was still a good value for the buck.

This is the best Taco Bell Downriver. They always have my entire order when others in the area are always out of something. There are 2 other Taco Bells close to me but I choose this one above all
This is a Mexican pizza as you can see in the one picture they didnt even bother melting the cheese and on 2 pieces they didnt even have the beef on it. When you pay almost 6 dollars it ridiculous. I had to microwave it to get the cheese melted. uselly they have ok food here but this last time is all down hill, i get they are short staff, so i dont complain about the wait. I am complaining about the food.. But with that being said i wont be back
