I've been coming to this Arby's since i was a kid living down in SE Michigan and traveling up north. This exit was always the pitstop for lunch. Not much has changed in all those years. Still good service and food. The deals are getting better in the app. Always better than a burger. The market fresh sandwiches are delicious and the curly fries hot and ready. Staff is always nice and love it when you ring the bell.

My husband and I have become fans of the fish sandwiches at Arby's until yesterday. I went through the drive thru on Miller Rd yesterday afternoon about 2pm. Ordered my favorite king Hawaiian deluxe fish meal with crinkle fries and peach lemonade. We live about 7 minutes away and we always drive home to eat and always have hot food. But yesterday I got home and both the sandwich and fries were cold and hard. I know the car in front of me had a problem with their order and handed a bag back to you. That's not on me and for 11 dollars for the meal everyone going through should have a fresh hot meal. It was horrible! I will think twice about eating here again.

Very modern appearing Arby's with new interior, unisex bathrooms and great dining area. I went during Lent so got the fish. Tasty! Fun friendly staff. Fairly quick service. Ample parking. Good location close to highway, malls and stores.

Food comes fairly quick, and taste well as to expected, good variety on the menu.
The manager accused us of having over 8 online orders which we did not we had 3. She ignored us for the order we wanted to place in store and told us not to come back because we order too much. This is the second time. We walked out and so did two other customers. Our company has decided not to visit this location anymore.

The gal running drive thru hates her life. She stands at the window with her back to the window leaning against it on her phone. This made it impossible to catch her attention to let her know part of the order was wrong which she did not allow us to verify at the speaker. This ended up meaning we had to wait for an additional 4 mins after or food was made to get the rest of the order right. When you pay almost $30 for 2 combos it should be hot and accurate. We can eat at apples and get good service and hot food. Today was disappointing there were no other customers so there is no excuse.to make it worse I just got home and this pic is my fry...tell me you're joking.
