I ask for cream on my cappuccino every time I order. No cream. Then I order a medium and only receive a small in aa medium cup. I will not be back. Thank you for your input. I know exactly what I want when i come. I have No Problem getting what I ask for from the other Biggby locations. But you are absolutely correct. I will go somewhere else. Like I stated previously. They can’t make a tea latte here at this location for some reason. Other Biggby location are fine but this one they don’t give you a tea bag in it and it always tastes like they dump cold milk onto weak

The scuba and other drinks here are good, but this location makes them really sour and it sometimes gives me heart burn. I love this location because they have a drive through but the drinks taste better at other locations. The staff are all nice though. Not sure why the drinks taste
