Horrible service. Save your money and go somewhere else. They dont know how to complete the order you paid for. Refuses to give you back your money. Wants you to continue to comeback to poor service. Inside is not open. Drive thru line is always long. Food is cold. Why pay for bad service. Owner wont even call back to clear up issues his staff causes.Dietary restrictions: When you place an order and say you dont want mayo, the cook comes out and tells you its only a little bit. Like what is your problem. That says alot about the type of service you will get. They dont listen. Will cause you to have an allergic attack.

This location has gotten much faster with their service over the past few months. 2 of the ladies in there are always courteous and have smiles on their faces. Kudos to management for the changes ...

Went to clio rd at about 7:45 a car at pickup window. Said it would be at least 5 mins before taking my order said thanks .and left.mean while a employee was sitting outside in car.real good business.
it ain't the greatest food, but as long as they're having that 2 for $5 deal, I'll keep eating it.

Order accuracy horrible. Old cold breakfast sandwich this morning. No ketchup in the whole building? Thin coffee (decaf I don’t drink). Ridiculously long wait for what? Nice girl at the window tho
