Never open, waited in drive thru no one came on the speaker, drove up to the window and no one came to it either. This was at 8:30pmOne night I was there no burgers.How is that???

First off, Do not eat here.Second, I can honestly say, that I am shocked the doors are still open at this establishment.Corporate would shut them if they knew what a horrid, disgusting environment and absolutely unprofessional service that is being provided at this location. If you want to even call it that. Which only counts on the days or hours of the week they choose to be sporadically opened to. If there is any hope, it's for better management. Don't bother calling them about bad food, they already know or just do not care or both. Even having to warn others is sad enough not even to list my issues with the food.Burger king lovers, I highly recommend choosing another Burger King location to suit your needs.

The food wasn't good, the Big King was dry and a little hard on edges, the chicken sandwiches had yellow lettuce on them, fries were cold.. .At least the onion rings were ok, and the chicken nuggets .. this was our Valentines Day treat.Won't go there again..

Slow service, poor food prep, and the door time displays open until 6 pm. The doors were locked when I tried to enter at 5:30. The woman got my order wrong after I repeated it to her several times. One young lady did leave her break in order to prepare my sandwich correctly. The service at this restaurant has diminished in the last several years. ? probably won't visit again. At least they finally fixed the pavement leading to the drive-thru it was ridiculous!

Use the App, if you can get it to work. Counter help does not know the menu and Jesus help you if there is a discrepancy between the app and the management. You're on your own.
Very nice crew here this evening. Professional, friendly, efficient. I know both myself and my fiancee are very pleased with our overall experience here and we'll both definitely be coming back soon and more often moving forward? ☺️ ?

The people that work here have an attitude problem. Drive thru is painfully SLOW and full of potholes. Inside the place is dirty and their pop machine is always busted. This place is an absolute joke.

Ordered $42.02 worth of food via the mobile app on July 6. Got to the location around 6pm to find it closed due to staffing. Not the issue cause I get it.My card was charged anyway. I've called and left messages and as of July 13 have heard nothing back.

Gave this location another try after a few years away. I live within a stones throw to this location and have not had courage to come back ever since a terrible experience I had on a late night run one time. Past aside, went here for lunch last week, food was fresh and staff was polite. My only complaint is that the fries were cooked too quickly, being dark golden outside but had the raw potato taste inside. Still a 5 star experience for me compared to years ago. I'll visit again soon, maybe there has been some improvements here overall since a few years back! Be aware it isn't exactly located in the best area so if it's later at night and you're not from around here, but worry about your personal safety, maybe try another location just to be safe.
