I got the ginger chicken poke bowl and it was simply inedible. The very small portion of chicken/onions was burnt because the owner came in and was talking to the cook while he was supposed to be preparing the meal. There was little to no seasoning and was served with an unnecessary amount of white rice that was rock hard. Very disappointing. I will not be back.

The seafood ramen was outstanding! Had a nice mix of quality ingredients. And the woman working the counter was handling the long line expertly, with grace, speed, and humor.

Husband was so excited for a authentic ramen place. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. Egg was burnt and over all not a good bowl.

Very overpriced for a very underwhelming meal. Got the Korean bbq chicken bowl but it just tasted like extra salty soy sauce. No flavor at all. The bowl was also mostly rice and onion, barely any chicken. Rice was undercooked which made it very hard to chew.

I ordered the seafood ramen and it was honestly the most bland thing I've ever tasted. The wait time was also annoying. I ordered ramen but I got what seemed like at home ramen noodles in tap water (no seasoning) for a grand total of about 14 dollars. Do not waste your time on food you won't be able to enjoy.

My last few experiences here have been quite disappointing that I needed to write this review to be honest. Aside from the fact that they run out of most food items well before 2:30pm, my meal today was absolutely inedible. I ordered the chicken fried rice, in which I’ve had in the past and was edible previously. Today the rice was hard, crunchy, and burnt. There was an excessive amount of ginger placed into the meal without any other flavors. Barely any soy sauce, and they did not even have the decency to chop up the chicken. Just two large chunks slapped on top of undercooked rice that was more than likely left over burnt rice from the bottom of the skillet, that my jaw now needs to recover from. So disappointing. Aside from todays meal, if you truly love sushi, this IS NOT the place for you. It is overpriced and the pieces are cut so THICK you need a fork and knife to even attempt to eat it. Unfortunately, I am completely done spending my money here for mediocre (at best) overpriced meals.

I have had tons of ramen and let me say this was possibly the most disgusting version of ramen I have ever had. It was bland no flavor with a fried egg?? I asked for the 2 poached eggs that were advertised. It was not edible I threw the whole bowl away. Never again

Fresh sushi. I had the spicy tuna roll and it was amazing. The whole thing is a flavor pop for your palette. You also get to enjoy the Flint Farmers Market atmosphere. So welcoming and we got to enjoy some jazz music put on my University of Michigan Flint students.

The woman was really nice at the counter, honest about how long it would take and so I spent my time walking around. She was wonderful! The food was very disappointing. I got Korean BBQ; Poorly made, thick slabs of meat; tough to chew, I ended up just throwing it away- and I barely got enough white rice with my food. Overpriced for what I got. Will not be returning because the cost vs quality.

Usually great but something has happened since covid. Just had an awful meal (bbq Korean bowl and fried rice) these have shrunk in size. The beef was chewy grisly and cold. Awful meal for 16 dollars. Literally about 4 chunks of beef. I don’t know if I’ll ever return. Disappointing because this was a great place.

If you like sushi and good service this is not the place for you. This was the second time I got sushi here after the first experience was not great ( my tempura roll was an atrocity) and it was not a great experience all around the second time. I asked for a side of eel sauce with my boyfriend and I’s meal and was told they were too busy after she continued to tell us our total which was 30$. I really feel like asking for a side of sauce with a 30$ meal is not a lot to ask. I was then handed a small side of eel sauce and guilt tripped about how the dish washer had to get it and it was usually a dollar, which I was willing to pay but was told they couldn’t get it originally. The sushi is very sloppy. Not rolled tightly and impossible to eat as it is cut way too big. The taste is mediocre as the crab salad is seasoned way too much. My boyfriends poke bowl had a gigantic chunk of cream cheese it was not great. As a frequent person at the market there is far better food you can get for even less money.

They have the best chicken fried rice

You call this a Poke bowl? It's more an ahi tuna salad!!! Poke tuna is not seared and should have more sauce! This is a sad excuse for a Poke bowl.

20 minute wait for the food, but totally worth it!
