So, we were asked to do reviews for all of the vendors that we hired for our wedding and this is one I was dreading.... The owner/boss is great, really. However, he wasn't actually at our event. The caterers that were there were awful! First off, we were supposed to have lactose free cheese for my granddaughter which they assured us we'd have, but they didn't. Fine, she just ate a cheeseless taco. If that was the only problem I probably would have gave a much higher review. But, the people were so rude! Almost every single one of our guest had something negative to say about the catering crew. I think the only person they were kind or respectful too was my husband. It was very upsetting, especially since we read so many wonderful reviews prior to hiring them and the boss guy was so great when we met him to go over the menu and give him our deposit. The food was very good, everyone loved that part, but the people not so much.

We recently used CC for our daughter’s high school graduation party. From menu planning, pricing to planning and set up, this company really knocked it out of the park. They really made life easy for us to host and entertain. The food was amazing. They showed up early to prep and set up and then made sure the food was hot and ready the whole time. The added benefit was the cleanup and preparing all of the leftovers for easy storage. We received compliments all day about them. I would not only recommend them for any size event/venue but I will use them again for my next celebration.

His business is only 8 mins from the church and no one ever heard of him. He is a true hidden gem. Prices are extremely reasonable and the food was simply amazing. So the communication before the event was good! The day before and day of event it was not! The food was ok EXCEPT for the table side carved roast beef was over cooked! The staff DID NOT carry the Bride or Grooms plates as it states in the contract!!!! His staff also did not cut the cake as is states in the contract they also didn’t even supply plates for the cake as Steve told me that would i had to ask them and they said i was lucky they had some on the truck!!! Now he wont answer my emails and I just wanted to clarify some things if i was Mia understanding but since the event is done and over and he has his money he don’t care!
