I went to Gourmet Wok today and wow. This is in no way Chinese food. I'm not sure what is is but it's not that. If you want to call it Chinese then it was the worst Chinese I've ever had. All of it tastes like it came from Costco. Would not recommend this place.

This is the best Chinese in Flint, we get shrimp lomain, chicken lomain, and Kung pow beef, spicy but when we were there on Wednesday my husband always gets Kung pow beef and it was not as good as he usually gets he was disappointed it wasn't spicy and the beef was tough andundercooked, maybe they were having a bad day I don't know and it doesn't mean we won't be back just letting them know to step it up please !!

I’m changing my 5 star review. I used to go out of my way to get this but I think they may have changed ownership. I opened my orange chicken combo and was disappointed immediately because it looked nothing like it used to.Our food was terrible. Very dry and no flavor. Got chicken fried rice and the chicken in it had a almost slimey texture and tasted a little fishy ?We won’t be back

Had 3 dinners in take out Monday yesterday 02/12/24. Mine was the boneless Almond chicken dinner with chicken fried rice. Was so overcooked chicken or old chicken that you couldn't even chew it. In fact I struggled to swallow it even cut up small. The chicken fried rice was plain with no vegetables, eggs, gr onions and only a couple thrown in pieces of chicken. There were no slivered almonds either. I'm accustom to a bed of shredded lettuce on the bottom and no lettuce either. Never again for me. I cannot critique the other 2 dinners that I didn't eat but overall a zero !!!

It's pretty straight forward Chinese food. Nothing special, but nothing offensive for the price. I enjoyed the egg rolls a lot. The fried rice was ok, but the chicken was very soft, almost like it was boiled. That is pretty much my only gripe. All in all a decent place to grab some affordable food. Nice polite lady working the counter also.

We came in for dinner one day and there was just one woman working, she was SO friendly and so appreciative of us coming and dining in, since 2020 she said she has had MUCH less dine in, and business overall. The food was excellent and came out super fast, and the portions were HUGE and very reasonably priced!!
Very. Disappointed! 41.00 for 1 qt orange chicken 1 quart sesame chicken and 2 qts of special fried rice chicken was tuff! Hardly any sauce a real disappointment for bday dinner for my fiance

Ordered Szechaun Chicken Which was ehhh!! Appearance and flavor was a little boring..Also ordered Egg drop soup which was $3.25 and when I got home to eat what I found was nothing but chicken broth!! Called and told her they forgot to drop the egg! ?and gave me a credit but tbh I probably will no be returning...Cantonese or China City are definitely better!! Eggroll tasted better than everything..
