I ordered a halopeno burger only to be told they didn't have it. The staff acted like I should have known this and were mad at me for ordering it!

Took forever to get food on every occasion that I decided to show up. Last time they forgot to give me my credit card and drink. Had to knock on the window for it. Drive thru clerk didn't make eye contact one time or even say "hello" or "goodbye". The average food kept me from giving it one star.

Just had lunch ,there were three woman working here all were nice, curteous, and we're running the place like a ship. It was busy and no one had to wait very long ? food was amazing too?Parking: Great spotWheelchair accessibility: Table right inside the door

I had to wait about five minutes in the drive-through worth every single minute. The burger was hot. It was assembled perfectly.. There were plenty of olives, pickles, chrisp…..perfection.♥️♥️♥️♥️

I love Halo burgers. I always order a olive burger with no tomato and pickles hot. There was hardly any olives on it & wasn't hot. My complaint but I will still go there to get same thing. Maybe it was just that day and time.

They ran out of food so you have to pick different if you want a chicken sandwich they didn't have no chicken sandwiches at all so you had to get something else but the food was excellent I will be back
This is absolutely the best Halo Burger (Pierson Rd) in the chain.I always go to this one whenever I can.My man was working by himself tonight and made me my to go order perfectly.High praise to this individual for his efforts this day.

There was a young guy working there and he was so helpful. Brought us ketchup packets when the tub ran out, brought us our food out, even picked up my baby's bottle when she dropped it. Oh, good food too.. lol.

First time I can recall having a Halo burger. Very good old school style burger with all the fixings. I had the very big 1/2lb burger with all trimmings minus onion. My wife had the mushroom cheeseburger and we split a medium Cheese Curd.My burger was very tasty, somewhat juicy and had lots of good flavor with the toppings. My wife liked both her burger, which was more standard sized compared to mine.Cheese curds are basically fried mozzarella sticks with Halo using a special batter that works and tastes great. Medium size was plenty for the two of us.We ate in the car in their lot as we were already running a little late for an event. Pleasant enough before sunset.I recommend both Halo and this location.

The prices have gone up so much I thought they confused my order with someone else's. Food is still decent, vanilla shakes are the best. Service can be slow so plan accordingly. Also double check for sauces before leaving.

Walked in around noon,place is empty soon as they seen me the employees scattered. Nobody acknowledge me so I waited,still nothing so I left.Miss the days of when the Thomas's own it better food and service.
