Come for dinner! We came to IHOP on Miller Rd for dinner and we questioned if it was open, there wasn’t many other people there. We had THE SWEETEST waitress and the food was all great! I had the spicy poblano eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly and so was the muffin. The kids of course love piles of sugar pancakes so it was a win for everyone.

The food was horrible didn’t even finish. Hashbrown were a day old the back of the kitchen had tissue and water all over the floor. Cook didn’t even wash the plate off. The food almost had us throw up

Found a Cigarette butt on the ground inside the restaurant, terrible first impression. Nobody was there to seat us, took too long for someone to show up and then wouldn’t let us get our own table. Waitress was nice but terrible management. Won’t go again

Service was extremely slow even though we one of maybe 5 tables. Server was not friendly, the manager was rude and awful. Completely unprofessional. There were 3 different couples trying to get seated by her and she got snappy with me when I tried to pay my bill saying that the server was supposed to take it. I apologized and said I was not told that by the server. Her response “ I guess I can do it!”.While some of the food was really good the gravy was cold.The overall interior was dirty from the bathrooms to the windows.Back of the booth seat was broken.

Terrible service. I think they hire special needs servers. Or at leas the sever we had. She had absolutely no idea what she was doing. They were completely out of Dr Pepper. We had to ask for our drinks to come out. She walked by three times and ordered our food before we got our drinks. What the hell is going on here?

I had a burger and it was very raw they had no yellow mustard and no Tabasco sauce I ask for sweet tea they brought me raspberrie tea my friend got biscuits and gravy and the gravy was really salty and cold the waitress was very sweet and kept apologizing but it wasn't her fault it was the cooks you don't serve people raw food we will never go back there

Food & Atmosphere was what you would expect from an IHOP, service was pleasant but slow & it didn't appear to be very busy, also had to wait for a seat although there were multiple empty tables.. maybe they were short staffed ?
We were the literal only customers there. They had more staff than they needed, and also training new staff. Even so, they weren't overbearing and it was nice to just have the peace of knowing my kids weren't going to disrupt anyone. As a mom taking 3 kids to a restaurant by myself, that was probably the best restaurant experience I'll have because I didn't have to worry about anyone but us.

The place has gotten a lot of heat in the past, but since they've been under new management, they're doing great! I can't wait to visit again. My girlfriend often asks to go back since we went about two months ago. The strawberry cheescake pancakes were very good!
