I like that they sell pizza by the slice. Not my favorite pizza but when I'm on lunch and don't want a slice of cardboard from speedway I go here. Food was ready not even 5 min after I called it in. Don't use the AI to order bc it will make u wait 20 to 30 mins. But if u talk to someone it's 5

My friend and I made an order and they got my friends order wrong and I called and the manager was a prick and snootily says “no I’m not giving a credit for that”. Use to be a great customer but they sure won’t be getting my business anymore.

I ordered a pizza at 8pm and they called saying they voided my order saying they close at 8:30? Every website says 9pm. Frustrating as I drove 25 minutes to get the pizza, was 5 minutes away and then got a call saying they don’t have one for me and they closed at 8:30 yet the website says 9. Either fix the website or don’t let people order past a certain time. Wasted my time and gas and have to figure something else out for dinner for the whole family now.

Jets Pizza??? What the hell happened to y'all? My pizza was so subpar that I didn't even finish it all,my two dogs didn't even want it,and they was acting stingy as hell just cus I wanted a side of banana peppers! Guess they forgot all about customer service and returning,happy,customers ready to spend money on what was once a very tasty Detroit style pizza! I was so disappointed with Jets,I'm gonna look for another local mom n pops pizza spot to spend my cash at,CUZ JETS PIZZA AINT IT!!!
