Ordered through DoorDash and I guess they don’t use DoorDash they deliver the order themselves. I have food delivered all the time and I specified apartment 2. I had to keep calling them and they finally said check my back porch? When I said I don’t have a back porch I live in an apartment he said somebody probably took it?? Insane. I had to keep asking them can I come pick up a new sandwich. Didn’t offer to redeliver it or even remake it I had to keep asking. Then when I get there they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about even though I talked to them on the phone more than once. My sandwich was wrong too so I had to go back. Oh well, I won’t be back

Unfortunately I ordered here through the app for pickup. A simple single sandwich combo. After 40 minutes of waiting for the order to be ready, I ended up calling to cancel and fortunately I was able to get my money back.I wouldn't mind a delay if the app could send a notification, saying the store needs to delay the order, but waiting for no reason, for a company that markets itself as "freaky fast" isn't ideal. I picked this location because it's closer to work, but from now on it'll come from the Grand Blanc location and I'd advise everyone else to do the same.

Been getting the same sandwich for months and always pay for extras and have been happy until now. The sandwich this time was lacking way off from what I've always gotten. Go to have them remake it and the girl working was extremely rude, unprofessional and had a nasty attitude about it claiming it had the proper amount in it, made it extra sloppy and still couldnt read the order right. I'll be going out to Davison location from now on.

Service is always extremely slow at this location, staff are rude, and it seems like the manager is never in. I'd recommend literally any other Jimmy John's in the area, this place is not worth the convenience of being right off the highway.

paying $8 for a veggie sub I ended up adding my own vegetables too at home feels like theftshame on thr franchise owner. 3 cucumbers and 3 tomatoes on a Veggie sub, really, lol?

Me and my son got combos the two guys that helped were attentive and although one guy was training he did an awesome job. Place was clean, great food, great staff. My sub, didn’t get a “you’re welcome” didn’t even get a “have a good day when leaving. Terrible customer service and very rude. Would not reccomend

This place is a waste of time. They are open when they want to be. They NEVER have a delivery driver. Some of the staff is extremely rude. I live .2 miles from the location and I rather catch an Uber or Lyft to the one on Grand Traverse.Hire reliable staff or management. This location represents the company poorly
