We weren't greeted by anyone behind the counter when we came in, and it took a minute for them to decide who was going to take our order. The lady that did take our order was polite. Food was ready pretty quick, but no plates to eat our food on. I asked if there were any plates, that employee was kinda rude. No plates... The place was clean, but no salt or pepper on any of the tables, and I was hesitant to go up and ask for some because of the rudeness of the one employee. The food was as expected.Parking: Some of the employees cars were parked in the handicap spaces.

I'm an uber eats driver. Place closes at 11pm. Pulled up at 10:25pm for what would have been a $37 delivery for me. They just say they don't have any of the order. Only 1 meal too. Not a lot of food at at all. I drove 15 miles out of my way and instead of being able to know why they couldn't fulfill the order they just said we don't have it. Had to drive around someone nodded out in their car in the parking lot to find all this out as well. Wack.

Over 20 minutes for 4 of the small wraps. They are not busy at all! I'm am the only one inside and there is only a couple cars in the drive thru. Also did not have my door dash orders ready for over 15 minutes after the pick up time. Bathroom is absolutely disgusting. I will no longer accept door dash orders for this location or order for myself. Everytime I come here it's something. Staff is very nice but there is only one person making all the orders while there is more people in the back that could help.

When there's a permanent sign that says 'No refunds' as you walk in the front door, you wonder why you might need one. Double dipped old chicken, completely inattentive staff, and nobody in the place. I wonder why...

Got a chicken pot pie just out of the oven for my husband, and when he went to eat, it wasn't done and there was all dark meat like from the leg of the chicken and 2 pieces of chicken skin inside! Ewwww. Needless to say, it went in the garbage! Well, that did it for KFC! Never again will we eat there!

Got my food delivered. They forgot my famous bowl. So I called and instead of offering to fix the issue I was given attitude and an argument. Smh. Terrible customer service.
