I went to Leo’s, Court S, ordered 4 coneys with onion/mustard, got home went to eat the coney only to find that it was not the coney hot dog that is used fo a coney , but a hot dog with coney meat on it, the taste was totally different, 2nd time I’m not happy, 1st was some fish and chip I had at the restaurant, pcs were cut down skimpy and cooked to dark, not the pretty golden brown, very dissatisfying ??

Wow I'm surprised. The food and the service was horrible. People sure have changed from the way I remember the " service " industry being. I only tipped my waitress because I used to be one, but not because the service was exemplary and the food tasting disgusting wasn't her fault. Sorry, not sorry, Leo's...won't be back, won't recommend, in fact, will tell others not to bother. We need people who want to please their customers with great food again and servers who care more about checking in on people that waitress station gossip or flirting with the men. It was pretty ugly. Thank God that's over. Wow!

Very impressed with the service and atmosphere. They clearly have a good team who work well together. Place was busy and full of regulars. Staff was able to serve everyone promptly, keep things clean, and still make time to talk with multiple tables. Rare these days, great to see!

I'm tired of getting charged for orders of toast (which as far as I'm aware of) comes with two pieces of bread. I don't care if I order bread or toast - if I ask for 6 slices of bread and butter for soup, technically that should be three orders of toast untoasted. I'm not sure why I keep getting charged double for a single slice of untoasted bread.Homestyle bread is an option for toast for breakfast and sandwiches too and I've gotten it for breakfast before. If you can give two pieces of it for breakfast, you need to give two pieces for every other order, no matter what they're ordering. Anything else is up charging and isn't ethically okay. Instead of being defensive, you could've handled this differently. Not a good look for a business owner.

Waitress with curls all over her head is rude rude rude. Felt super rushed to eat and get out. Only Leo's that don't do rewards. Don't waste your time or money.Updated: I beg to differ, she was rude that night. She was cleaning off the tables and had a cart that she was literally dropping the plates into which was clanging them so loudly over and over again. Made it impossible to enjoy. She could have placed them in the bin quieter. The couple we were with were elderly and wear bearing aids and it was really bothering them. She also kept asking if we were all set because they needed to shut down registers or close the kitchen and kept giving hints basically saying get out. I'm not saying she is always rude but she was DEFINITELY rude that night. Too bad you would not believe your customers. Our friends and us will not be back

Ordered 2 turkey sausage & cheese English muffins & 2 orange juices. Had to tell the lady 2 or 3 times that I didn't want egg. Found out she only rung up 1 oj so, she had to add the 2nd at the window.. driving down the street, I smell egg ??♀️ low & behold, there's EGG on BOTH! SMDH My daughter is allergic to egg so, I call to explain their mess up.. told me the only way they could help was if I brought them back to them.. I don't have time, seeing I'm omw to an appt! I already sat in line for 10 mins waiting! I've been ordering with them for too long for those kind of service! Very disappointed!
