I had to go up there because the phone was not working.You could not get through and make an order, it was only 7pm. The store was very clean. I wish I would have gotten her name, The girl that was working in the cashier was extremely polite. When I came back in to get my order,she remembered my name. I had the new cheese puffs. Which I have had at a diff location. The ones I got here were not as good. They looked shriveled up. I got 2 sets and didn't finish them which is not me .

Manager is horrible. She does not take orders properly. She tells you one thing on the phone then yells at you and calls you a lier and in the end you don't even get the pizza you paid for. I will not ever buy from this location again.

In my experience at this particular location, the staff is NEVER, able to get the order correct. Nor do they give the correct time for pickup… you can expect to add another 15 to 20 minutes on top of the time your order is slated to be ready.

The worst experience I’ve ever had! Do not pick up the phone and they not professional at all…. But there was one guy who changed the experience for me and his name is Jace. That young man is professional and very polite, every time I come in there he is so nice, polite and overall a great young man!! For him alone I would go back because of the customer service he provided! Jace needs a raise ASAP!!
The lady manager tonight was very rude!!! I ordered a veggie pizza and Italian cheese bread. My veggie pizza didn't have Italian seasoning on it, and I called and let her know, and she swears the veggie pizza doesn't come with Italian seasoning. I worked at a little Caesars as a Manger between 2020-2022 Italian season is always put on unless requested otherwise. I tried telling her exactly that, and she said I was wrong then hung up.

As I sit on hold Im leaving this review..now 10 plus minutes with nobody talking in the background....just left on hold and refuse to take the order....this after I called to order a delivery...immediately the fella who answers says "if you want a delivery use the app" then hangs up without time for me to reply that I would like to then place an order for pickup. Not really into being forced to use online when I order a pizza. The folks ould ned too now what too bring change for and I wanted to add some items u cant do that online. If I hung up on my customers and placed them on hold for 12-15 to order from my business...I would hope they would go somewhere else...and if there was anything else open tonight...I certainly would. Little Caesars on Dort and Robert T used to be an amazing place to get pizza. Now you get off the phone irritated and appalled. Unbelievable...guess we need to bring back the mom and pop shops. Bobs Pizza from here on out

With in the last month, there is a woman that has Anger problems with customer. When wait fora half hour for order and losing it too. Then another time placed order at drive though and waiting for a long time too. He came back 3 times asking for my order. Oh, seen him give a hot and ready to a customer that walked in. And that's what I ordered......
