placed order using app and it was received at 8:13pm 3-23-24. #262!! pizza portal said my order would be ready between 8:44-8:49pm i got there around 845pm. no notification on phone! realized i could track order progress through email receipt and at 8:47pm my order went into the oven! did not receive order til around 910-915pm.. took them 35 minutes after receiving my order to start making my order!

If I could give zero stars I would. Went at 6p on a Weds, not a single car in the parking lot, and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before one of the 4 employees (who all looked at me) could be bothered to come up. I ordered a single order of crazy bread and sauce and was told it would be 25 minutes! The young man who came to the counter was rude and unhelpful, offering no explanation on why it would be such a long wait when they clearly were not busy. This location has gone drastically downhill in the last couple years. So much for “hot and ready”.

No sign saying they don’t take a 50 I ordered 29$ in food and they wouldn’t accept my cash. Made me leave go get change and come back. Like to add they told me 25 min and asked me twice which name to check it then left it in the warmer and I had to ask if it was ready after I sat for 30 min. Totally

Ordered one simple pizza when we left Clarkston to head home and get here and didn’t even start my order. Over a hour and now have to wait another half hour. Gonna be an eye opener when they see I put a stop payment on my order. Manager gonna be paying for it.

I’ve never had an issue with this location before. Placed an order online at 2:45 to be picked up at 5:30 I head there at 5:35 my order is not ready check the app and they hadn’t started it until 5:24….. Okay maybe they had a rush I get it what I don’t get is waiting another 30 minutes for them to have my order done and not even have the complete order in the portal. I had to wait close to 4 minutes for someone to come to the counter to tell them I was missing items for the staff member to give me the missing items I paid for with an attitude. I get home to find one order of crazy bread is burnt and inedible the other isn't cooked all the way still doughy and one of my pizzas wasn’t cut up.
