I placed an order here and it was totally wrong. Just left there maybe 10 mins ago through the drive-thru. I ordered a Big Mac without lettuce and pickles with extra onions and Mac sauce clearly it was made wrong and I couldn’t take it back because I had to be at work . Very upsetting and my fries are not done

4 stars… I really like them because most of them are really nice. it’s really some workers that ruin it though/ make you look at some things differently. a lady at the front window (wears a bun/clip) in the mornings act like she can’t comprehend how to enter in codes. it wasn’t only her though, me & others experienced it a few times with other workers as well.. just wondering what’s so hard about doing your job… this is a business.. your app is something you promote.. you shouldn’t have a problem entering in codes when customers ask. however, overall I usually have a good experience** as stated earlier. its just those who act as if they don’t want to do a job they signed up for.

Stopped in on my way to work. Hashrown was cooked in old grease, smelled horrible and tasted worse. My sandwich was cold, biscuit was hard, cheese was not melted. Will NOT go back. Poor service.

Bristol Road!! After taking a 3rd bite of my burger I pulled out a long piece of black hair. I called to inform the manager she told me “I don’t know how that would be possible the cook is blonde and someone else was bald headed” she then tells me the general manager will be up there at 11p to come back up there. The supervisor lied about her name and about general manager being there. I went back there at 11p and the manager laughed in my face and said they didn’t have a worker by the name she gave me and I wouldn’t see a general manager at that time. He also proceeded to be careless and stated “what you want me to do about it” also justifying the hair being in my food. I’m sick to my stomach by this and I hope someone has a good talk with all workers and managers. Having hair in your food is never ok. Y’all please check your food if you go here. My hair has braids in it and the ends of my hair is blonde and only the top part is black.
