HEY REFUND ME BACK MY MONEY - NOT SPENT WELL, NOT EARNED, AND DEFINITELY DRIVING TO THE MCDONALDS ON EAST GRAND BLANC ROAD BY THE FREEWAY JUST BECAUSE OF THIS -----"Hey, ready to order?" Where did I end up. I am CERTAIN ITS MCDONALDS. But EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER CONFUSED. The first window the lady looked at me as if I HAD BEEN BEATEN UP. I checked myself in the mirror a few times, and then checked sign on the WALL THE BIG RED "M". And confused as can be. Then I get to the second window and I am like trying to move my body closer to hear the whispering girls who barely spoke a few words- lack of confidence at the second window, "straws are in the bag." But that is not why I looked at the girls like I did. It felt like a drug deal, they are whispering to me straws are in the bag. Where is the quick, assertives, smiling employee? Or the happy employee, annoyed that its windy and cold outside and you need to leave the window open? That is part of the job! You need to NOT SHOW IT ALL OVER YOUR FACE that you are annoyed. AND also, did not catch DRIPPING CARAMEL DOWN MY CUP I HIT MY FINGERS THAT GOT STICKY GRABBING THE SECOND DRINK...THAT CARAMEL RAN ALL THE WAY DOWN AND WAS VERY STICKY TO THE TOUCH... NO ONE THOUGHT TO WIPE CLEAN PRIOR TO DELIVERYING THE DRINK TO THE CUSTOMER? I MEAN ON ALL ACCOUNTS PEOPLE WERE QUIET FOR THE MORNING AND IT WAS NOT BUSY - BRAND, SMILE, STOP LOOKING AT PEOPLE WHO WAKE UP LIKE THEY GOT BEATEN AND ABOVE ALL TALK TOT HE LEVEL THAT NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE CAN HEAR YOU CLEARLY- AND OH SAY WHERE YOU ARE - MCDONALDS. BECAUSE OTHERWISE YOUR STUCK BETWEEN A RESTAURANT THAT SERVES HOT FOODS AND DRINKS IN A DRIVE THROUGH SETTING!!!! - THIS IS MARIA AND I DID NOT UNDERSTAND MY EXPERIENCE. I WANT MY 14 DOLLARS REFUNDED - a survey is coming also.

3rd time in 2 months I've stopped by to get food around 3am cause I work nights. 3rd time being told they were closed. Once I was told only 1 person there and other 2 times including tonight people are in line picking up their orders at the window and told they were closed. Posted 24hrs yet "closed".

McDonald’s has stepped up the quality of their food. Very happy with our McChicken & Quarter Pounder w/cheese and McNuggets. Clean restaurant.

Went through the drive thru. Service wasn't the best but ther are worst out thete. No frank price we're very old and cold. Washing the windows won't hurt once in a while.
