On 11/28/23 at 1:45 I got in line to place my order. Two cashiers were taking orders and I was third in line. When it was my turn the female cashier walked away. After a few minutes the male stated he would ask someone to help me as he was getting bagels for his customer. The female walked by and he asked her to help me , she said nothing and walked toward the food pickup area. Rewards, gift cards, or the internet were not working, but they could take your credit card for payment. The uninspired cashier failed to give me a receipt so I could enter my rewards later online. Breakfast was good and served timely. The dining area was large but loud—dirty bathroom. I probably would go to the Grand Blanc one next time.
