Went there and got a double burger and it was so pink u couldn't even eat it and looked so nasty i called up there and they said if we can come up there with the burger they can replace it ummm no it was 10 42 pm when i called and they closed at 11

I normally enjoy eating at this restaurant but today it was a huge disappointment I ordered the 6 piece wings unfortunately there were 2 feathers sticking out of one of the wings and a chicken ball I guess that’s what it was. I instantly lost my appetite, so I called to let them know about the chicken and the manager said he can replace the one wing. As much as money Papa's makes they do not honor their mistakes I'm very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be eating here again.Parking: It’s a drive through
Papa’s drive-through has always been great ! But the last few years I’ve noticed the quality, the food has kind of went down. And the price is has skyrocketed not just from like the whole world being in a skyrocket inflation but their prices definitely went up in the quality of the food definitely went down not really the quality of the food. The food is still delicious. It’s just the portions are not what they used to be at all, other than that, Papa’s is my go to diner, “drive-through diner” !
So papas has been around well over before I was born. I remember my mother saying her and her high school friends used to come to Papa's restaurants. I have no complaints. It's a basic menu with the basics of American foods. Food is always hot.My husband and I got some wings and a Philly cheese steak and sub with the seasoned fries. Kool Aid and their yummy banana pudding shake. Definitely hit the spot.

This place is literally always lit. They have always been on point every time I pull up. I've tried almost everything on the menu and it's always cooked well, and the taste is great! And they always bring it out quickly. This place had become my whole diet, lately. And Im always happy I went there.
Always slow as hell. Items are severely overpriced for their quality. Mostly things you could make at home. Door dash menu is never accurate for what's available.
