I don't think I could leave a worse review for a place. Second time we've ordered delivery, and second time we've wasted our money. My wife's quesadilla had sauce dumped all over the top of it. The rice in my burrito was undercooked and hard to chew. And this is just the order from today, not last week's pile of trash. Most pathetic excuse for "food" I've seen or tasted in my 32 years of life.

I recently went with a good brother of mine for the first time in years on National Burrito day. There was naturally going to be a good amount of people there, but the line kept moving with a good pace. There seemed to be a lot of confusion, but I also am under the impression the manager was training a lot of people that afternoon. I don't want to be too harsh because everyone needs an opportunity to learn their job and their are bumps, curves, etc. in the process. The food was good. It was not spectacular, but I would come back if that is where people wanted to go. I think we mainly choose this place because it was a buy one burrito get one free that day. Your more authentic places are naturally going to be better, but that is always going to be the case.

Edit: I stopped in here today on Easter and the crew was incredible!!!! To the gal who made my tacos you are a true artist! I love this Qdoba w my whole heart!!!I love this Qdoba! I've never had a bad experience with this place and its a regular go to for me and the family!

The bowls are filling and good, but unfortunately the catering is a big miss... We got the 10 person catering option and went with steak. Not only were the rice/beans sides tiny, the steak portion was embarrassing. How are 10 people supposed to ration 2 servings of meat. Complained to Qdoba customer service and they provided a generic response with no follow up. Here's what the catering portion of meat for 10 looks like..you be the judge...

Check your online order before leaving. My bowl had foil on top so I did not realize until I was home that the majority of my toppings were missing. Spent a lot of money for just chicken and rice.

This location is the nastiest place I've been to in a long time. Im not sure why Qdobas in general are so dirty. This isn't the first time we've run across this. Corporate practice must be to put cleanliness at the bottom of the list of concerns. We went to the Flint Mi location tonight off Miller, and this location follows the corporate mantra. Upon walking in the first thing I noticed was how dirty it was. After standing in line a couple minutes, we noticed more and more that every sq inch of the place is filthy, not just dirty, but filthy, Every table was dirty. Dining room floors dirty and trash everywhere. Even corners of the floors had nasty stuff puled up in them. Even the waiting line was gross as if people had been walking through it all day. The food prep area is a mess. I turned to my wife and we agreed to walk out. Its just too disgusting to eat at.

I have anxiety and have a hard time ordering new things had never ordered a bowl before I told Nicole this and she knocked it out the park with customer service and walked with me through each step. Stellar customer service. Give that lady a raise!!!! Hands down the best experience thanks to Nicole and her amazing customer service!

Apparently they can’t read when they are making and sending orders because every time I get something from here, there is always something wrong or missing from my order and as a manager that is absolutely ridiculous. If I could put zero stars I would because it’s so repetitive. Thank you for your “great” service.
