My chicken sandwich was so overcooked it looked like a burger to be honest. Staff was very friendly and fast at least. I have nothing negative about that part of the service. Food quality at Rally's has just gotten worse over the years unfortunately and no matter the location, I'm just disappointed in what I order even if it's just a small fry.

Drove to Rally's just for 2 Large fries and a Large Coke. Service in the DrivThru was Fast and Extremely friendly. In and out in about 2 min. Will return. Drove from Grand Blanc here on a Sunday night at 11pm... the one in Burton was closed. Was glad me made the drive.
When I got my food it didn’t look anything remotely close to the pictures the sour dough burger was the size of a slider and it was so dry it tasted awful it wasn’t even like a burger I just threw it away then my hot chicken tenders were dry and chewy they also had a disturbing crunch to them even tho they were soft. The regular burger I got was dry as well it didn’t look good at all either that was not good as well. The only thing that was good was the Mozzarella sticks out of my $40 order 1 thing was good the but they were smaller than I remember

Best rallies in the tri-state area. The workers have been consistently phenomenal day or night. Each one of them deserves a raise as well as a bonus. I salute you.
Ice cream machine was “broken”. My slushee was disgusting. Was told to pull around but not told where to go. Told that they had to “make meat” whatever that means. The woman in the drive through hardly said two words to me as she handed me my drinks and straws and I paid. Then motioned to me from the window with an attitude and made me get out of my car to grab my food even though I went through the drive through. Ridiculous.

The driveway is so narrow, I drove all the way there before 2 am on my lunch break wasted it, claimed they were closed but open for doordashers even though it says 4, ordered online before waited 20 mins in the drive-thru cold food obviously by the time I received it.
