You know, for a Rally's, this location tends to be on point. The staff are often shockingly nice and have gone the extra mile to better our experience. Such as putting an ice cream cone in a cup on a particularly warm day.
I go to Rally’s once a week in Lansing, and every week the fries are crispy to the point of potato chips! I visited your establishment and wow….hands down… the best French Fries ever!! Point is whatever your daytime manager is doing…tell her to keep it up that’s what Rally’s fries should taste like, well done!!

I loved Rallys, the mother cruncher was my absolute favorite... then they changed to mayo instead of the sqwuak sauce. I literally can't eat anything else there other than the fries. The staff is always amazing as usual though.
