There was a touchscreen to place your order in the drive thru where you would normally speak to a human. Found that odd.

There was only one person working. We wanted to go inside but only the drive through was open. She was very friendly, fast!

My granddaughters love this place. They have good subs but their hours are ridiculous! They’re only open till 5pm due to not enough staff. Get a job ppl everyplace is hiring!

The person who told me she was the manager at this location is extremely rude . In fact she's the rudest customer service person I've ever run into in my life . And I was a retail store manager for 28 years . Had one of my employees treated a customer like she did two of us today she would have been terminated on the spot . She said her name was Lindy I had to get that from a Walmart store manager . She was dirty she had piercings throughout every part of her face you can see her tattoos her hair was not clean . And I don't want someone like this making my food . She was rude to an elderly gentleman in front of me . He had a hard time hearing her and she ended up screaming at him three times do you want vegetables on your sandwich the people in checkout Lanes across the aisle could hear her . And then she said jesus! Like he was a big problem to her . The sandwich he ordered was $11 and something she charged him over $18 . And when he told her what it was supposed to be she said that she couldn't help that it ring up and that's all that she could do about it . Like she had no control . So then he told her he wanted his money back he didn't want the sandwich and she argued with him she told him too bad that he had already had the sandwich made . She hadn't even passed him his sandwich it was still on her side of the counter . She eventually gave him back his money and I informed her that I did not want mine either because the way she treated him she was rude . She she wouldn't give me her name she said I didn't need it . I ended up having to call the Walmart manager over to go get her name . And he witnessed how rude she was being and she was yelling across the front of the store goodbye now goodbye have a nice day thanks for stopping in . If this if this is the type of people you want running your stores your company is in serious trouble . She would have been terminated on the spot if she would have been my employee .

Sat outside of store for 20 minutes while worker inside ignored me. Supposed to open at 11, left at 11:20. Called and went to drive up window. Literally could see worker inside ignoring me.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up and they were closed. I tried reaching out and no resolution I guess taking peoples money is ok in subways eyes

Would prefer to leave NO STARS. Sat in the Drive-Thru entirely to long with no acknowledgment, ALL Open signs ON, 35 minutes before stated closing time called 5 times from Drive-Thru, could hear phone ringing, then silence. No one would answer. Honked horn, I have an air horn so I know I was heard. Attempted to go in, doors locked, Drive-Thru sign lit up. Still nothing. Car behind me also failed at placing an order.. will not darken the threshold of this Subway ever again. This is also a repeat occurrence for this location

Sub was really fresh and good Italian BMT ... only reason 4 out of 5 stars they discontinued Italian dressing for the subs ... I can't figure why they would, I don't do Chipotle or Ranch ...

Watched her sit in the back and ignore me through drive through waited 15 minutes. She came to the window and kept rolling her eyes. Very rude.

Closed doors early, rude when ordering. Time to fire them all and hire new!? and i am pretty sure it was a manager or key holder tonight. Bad leadership.

This is the worst location I have ever been to, I drove to this location the other evening, when I pulled up the open sign was on lights were on, but walked up to the door and it was locked. There was a car in the lot in front of the building besides mine. So I got back into my car went to try to go through the drive through and they had pulled there thing off the lot so it didn't notify them that somebody was at the drive-through. Pulled up to the window no answer called the restaurant twice was hung up on. Very poor location I was he doesn't care about business their customer service sucks I cannot believe this location is open the owner of this place should be ashamed of how the this place is ran you have terrible employees and I was he don't care about working I will not recommend this location ever poor poor business...

Always a clean store, and some friendly staff. I've had some not so great customer service here at times, but we all have bad days!
