Would give 0 if I could. Thursday at 340 we went in to get some food and the employees were just straight out rude and disrespectful to the point we left and didn't even get anything. It started with us trying to order and I guess not talking at the top of our lungs triggers subway employees because they just got disrespectful because they couldn't hear us well enough. They were being so rude about it that we told them it was very unprofessional to act like that and would not be shopping there because of the attitude and disrespect that we received. I would recommend getting rid of toxic people like that, they are poison to your brand. Will never go there again because of this experience.

Just placed an order on grubhub and the order was canceled because apparently NO ONE on the staff made BREAD of ANY KIND for my order which was close to 50 dollars. They wasted the driver's time, my money and this is not the first time I've been witness to the terrible service provided by this location. It needs to be shut down because they've gotten worse within the month I went in person. It almost seemed as though the workers DIDNT WANT TO prepare my order.

Waited fifteen minutes before anyone even acknowledge me, felt invisible pretty much. I watched an employee pick up a knife off the floor and put it back on the table ready to use. I watched them and made sure they didn’t use it for my sub. Watched another employee texting on her phone while wearing gloves and then texting with no gloves and grabbing stuff to make another sub. Our phones carry so much germs and she didn’t even wash her hands once. Felt like I was more of an inconvenience, kinda didn’t even wanna eat my sub after. I would be happy if this place was closed down and replaced with something else.

Had a gift card I finally wanted to use. There was only one woman working, but she was working hard at keeping up with everything. She may have been newer too, but she was doing a good job trying to keep up with everything. The sub tasted good (better than some Subway's I had at times). The cookie was really good. The inside was relatively clean. I give her props for trying to take care of everything, it is not easy with multiple people sometimes, very difficult if you are the only one.

Worker swatting away flys from the food, working the register with the gloves on her hands then back to making my sub. My stomach still isn’t feeling right. Online order to get the deal going on rn, didn’t go threw. Called to be sure seeing as I was otw up north, manager told me if it didn’t go threw they’d make it anyway before I got there. Arrived only to be looked at like I’m stupid, worker completely ignored me, white stuff in the sides of her mouth made me want to vomit! Manger them says he don’t see the order, pulled up my bank statement, app showing order, they made it afterward… For free it wasn’t worth the upset stomach. Will not ever return to this location even if they offered free subs for life!

Ordered online pick so I can just run in and out. Got there 5 mins after my scheduled time to grab my food. It's not done, the kid that's supposed to make says he was taking out the trash. Even though he's sitting down chatting it up witha female coworker., as I walk in.

Worst worst worst worst worst Subway, no matter how many time I write this subway is worst . Worst word will not be enough to describe that how rude , bad customer service, I recommend that don’t go to this subway, they are illiterate, don’t know how to take care of customer. Never ever go there.

Came in to get 3 footlong subs with a coupon today, but turns out it expired 3 days ago, and will they honor it anyway? No way. So I get home an hour later and look in the mailbox and there is a new coupon for the exact same deal. So why couldn't they accept it, make a sale, and keep a customer happy?

I went into Subway around 4pm amd the gate was closed. I asked the associate Karen if they were closed to which she answered "Im training". I asked her if she could train while making my sub? She says Im not helping you. The trainee says I will help you. I get my sub then realize I was not given my receipt. I go back to go get it and they cannot find it. I spent $17.82 in there and needed my receipt to file a complaint. Karen continued to argue with me despite other customers being in there. She has zero customer service.
