Garbage service every time. Lady has never said a single word to me and moves incredibly slowly despite having worked there for several weeks now… doesn’t know the proper amount of veggies or sauce to give so I always have to ask for more which takes up more time. This time she didn’t even cut all the way through the sub causing it to rip unevenly. There’s several other options around here so steer clear.

I stopped by this subway after class to grab lunch, my roommate and i walked up and began to order. the guy that works there (he has his hair up all the time i’m not sure of his name but he is the only guy that works there) asked what size sub i wanted, i replied a 6inch and he had the audacity to say “yeah you don’t look like you could take 12 inches anyways”. My RA called to complain and he still works there to this day. I am not the first or the last girl to have an experience like this with this guy. PLEASE get someone else to work there, especially on a college campus.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Everything is undercooked and I mean everything! Bread and cookies actually soggy, .so disgusting!! Worst Subway in Michigan. Avoid at ALL cost!!! One worker was rude as hell. She was something else, we will leave it like that.

I Work next door and have been eating lunch here for years. I will not be spending anymore of my money at this location because of the treatment I received today and the last visit by a red haired women because I asked got my mustard to go on the sandwich. Some of the rudest treatment I have ever received at a restaurant. She indicated that she would not make the sandwich they way I wanted because of subway policy. She was extremely rude to me on my last visit too.

One of the crew member did not change her gloves. She’s touching the cabinets, food refrigerator, coffee pots counter, this and that and coming back to make the food with the same gloves on. This might be ok with few people but I personally hate where I’ve to tell them to if they can change the gloves (kindly). I just left from the line. Also, really bad customer service.

Thus is by far the worst customer service I've ever had! The literally talked bad about me right in front of me just cause of how i made my sandwich. Also they gave alot of attitude when i asked for more sauce or veggies as it was beeing made.

This is by far one of the best places to get something to eat on campus. The ladies that work here are fantastic. It surprises me that they can even memorize the order of repeat customers, especially when the place gets so busy.

Staff is quick and efficient. Only problem is this location gets busy during peak hours, meaning 10-3.
