Most of the workers are nice but there is one that is rude. I don’t know her name but that girl is rude. I had dinner there last night and I was glad she wasn’t there. Chicken quesadillas are my favorite?
There's been a couple of times they've given the wrong food, they fix it but still would rather not deal with it as many times as I have.

Dirty floors, dirty table, rude service, asked for the corporate number and was told they don’t have to give it out. With 4 people standing around was told I have to use a kiosk to order, food was thrown in a bag 2 of the items upside down in the bag when clicked I was dining

I went through the drive-through at 6 o’clock on Tuesday evening. The young lady working the window, had to be the nicest, friendliest and most polite person with whom I’ve had contact with in a long time at a drive-through. Be proud of her. Obviously, she is just a nice and a good genuine person. But to have her there is a bonus and a blessing for your business.
I dont even agree with the one star.I ordered through the drive through. On January 1st, 2024 at approximately 10:03:45pm I had arrived at Taco Bell here in Flint, Mi on Corunna rd.Upon my arrival to order. I approached the drive thru menu and ordered my food. As I finished my order. I drove around to the window when I approached the window your cashier Taylor T opens it with a very aggressive attitude and rudely told me don’t drive around to the window until I tell you to!! Im writing for a few reasons. I believe in treating people with respect, courtesy and kindness. And today none of those characteristics were shown from your cashier. And I believe that no cashier or any restaurant employee should EVER feel so comfortable in such a way. That customers are uncomfortable coming to your establishment. I’m truly concerned at how what type of environment is she creating for her peers and store employees? Most important the safety of the employees.Taylor T’s behavior or action could have went a lot different had I not decided to be calm about this situation. She doesn’t know who is going through what or what type of mental state people are in. Taylor T needs to have a little decency and decorum.Who assumes they’re supposed to just sit and wait at the intercom? How is that the norm? There was not one other customer!! She wasn’t backed up!! She wasn’t rushing!! So why would anyone wait at the intercom? I’ve never even been told to wait at an intercom expect once and that’s because the drive through was super busy

This is, in my opinion, the best taco bell in the state of Michigan.Order is always correct. Employees are very nice and respectful .
If you're gonna charge me for extra sauce can you at least put it in the bag please? This is like the 5th time, not including the time the person taking my order was rude and wasn't listening to my order. I hate to leave bad reviews but jeez louise, I am not made up of enough money to spend extra money when I don't receive the dang food.
