Telly's used to be my go to coney. Not anymore. Last 2 times, food quality way lower. So this time for coneys and fries with gravy to go. Gravy is so watered down , it pours like water and does not have much more flavor than that. Did not even use. And the coneys we got the Detroit/Flint combo. What a disappointment. These used to be awesome full of flavor. But again the Detroit Coney sauce/chili, is so watered down there is hardly any flavor. I might give them oneore shot but 3 strikes and your out. And the last time we ate in , the menu had several items in the menu just blacked out with a marker, like the things that come with a meal no longer come with the meal.It is sad The original owners of Tellys did a great job, but the new owners seam to think cutting cost and cutting quality will work. You might save money on each item you sell, but people will stop coming, and then you will really have to cut costs. Sad.

Had the 'rubber' chicken special! Coming out just as horrible as it went in!It is supposed to be mashed potatoes with open face chicken sandwich covered in gravy, with coleslaw and green beans.The potatoes were good.The yellow stuff all over the plate had no flavor.Open faced? Why were there 3 pieces of bread?The chicken was over-cooked and apparently re-warmed several times. Chainsaw was required to cut through it.The green beans were of the overcooked canned variety.Never again, and this 'special' was the most expensive item they had!Go elsewhere!Parking: Do yourself a favor and park at another restaurant!

My husband an I use to go almost every other day for breakfast. The young girl that is the manager is very unprofessional, an rude. We ordered breakfast special an when they delivered to table, putting them down, then instantly grabbed my breakfast an walked away with my breakfast. Came back to the table an said I had to take your food , you had too many pieces of bacon, which is not acceptable. So taking my breakfast away not sure what she did or how she took the extra bacon off my plate. Not acceptable, if the 2 pieces of bacon was that important to your business so sorry for you. She was rude . We never had a problem before but I find it disgusting that she walked away with my food out of my site.. I'm sure health department would not find that appropriate..

Tasha was our server. She was friendly and attentive. When I asked for her suggestion for soup she said they had three and they were all good. We had two of them. Tasha was right they were delicious. We will be coming back.

Don't waste your time or money eating here . New owners in July. Waitress are rude,she throws the food on the table and all 6 of our meals were cold and tasteless.Parking: Lots of parking because only 10 tables on people were inside at 1:00 on a Sunday.

You can tell that the new owners are really trying to make a difference. The staff is very friendly, the food looks and taste great. I personally had the new owner come to my table and ask how my food was and if I had any recommendations. You can see that they care about their customers and what their customers are looking for. I would recommend this place. Looking forward to seeing what other changes the new ownership will be making in the future. Keep up with great work!

The waitress took our order without writing it down, and when she wrote it down, she wrote it wrong. So had the chef replace the eggs, However when you order eggs, potatoes and toast you have a tendency to eat them together. Well, the rest of the food was cold before we had our properly cooked eggs. She told me that the people before us ordered scrambled so that is what she had written down. We ordered ours over medium. Big difference
